2 Cloves crushed garlic
4tbVegetable oil
1 Green onion-cut into 1" pcs
3cChinese peapods-ends removed
1/2cSliced-fresh mushrooms
1/2cSliced bamboo shoots
1/4tsSugar
1/2tsFish sauce or to taste
1/8tsMSG-OPTIONAL
1/4cWater

*** In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Cook garlic until golden brown. Add pork, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together 1-2 minutes.
